U.S. Army ITES-3S Contract

The ITES-3S Contract offers a full range of services and solutions for the Army to meet its Army Enterprise infostructure and IT infrastructure goals throughout CONUS and OCONUS locations, including warzone areas. The scope includes Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM), plus services and solutions necessary for the Army and other services to transition from current service-centric information environments to the enterprise JIE as directed by the DoD CIO.


ITES-3S service-based solutions can deliver a full range of equipment, software, and incidental construction associated with those services. End-to-end solutions include requirements analysis, requirements development, and implementation of the approved solution for legacy and new systems and equipment. These solutions cover worldwide development, deployment, operation, maintenance, and sustainment. The IT services and solutions are in the following Task Areas:

Our ITES-3S Subcontractors


DSD Technologies, Inc. (DSD) — a Section 8(a)-Certified Small Business that has a January 16, 2016 SBA-approved Mentor-Protégé Agreement with Maden Technologies. DSD will support the System Operation and Maintenance and IT Education and Training task areas. Our relationship with DSD dates back to 2015.


Global Business Solutions, Inc. (GBSI) — a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). GBSI will support the Business Process Reengineering and IT Supply Chain Management task areas. They are experts in international development, financial services, and their assigned task areas.
